While many of us rarely need injections, blood tests or innoculation there are some people for whom it is a vital part of their everyday lives. Living with a fear of needles is bad enough if you fall into the first category – you may not be able to visit a dentist, avoid doctors and even pregnancy for fear of having to have an injection. However, if your health and life depended on regular injections, such as being diabetic, then a fear of needles could truly be life threatening. The good news is that you don't have to live with a fear of needles – or any other fear for that matter. A course of sessions with a specialist cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist will help you beat that fear so that it no longer impacts on your life or your health. How can hypnotherapy help? |
