Hypnosis for Sports Performance

Professional athletes have long known the benefits of hypnosis for improving their performance and getting them into the "zone" more effectively and on a more consistent basis.

Tiger Woods has used hypnosis to improve his game for years. Other athletes and professional teams who have used hypnosis to improve their performance include Olympic medalist Adam Malysz, who used it prior to his victory in the ski jump. Jack Nicklaus claims that success was due to practicing concentration and visualisation exercises.

Athlete

Other high performers from actors to opera singers have also found hypnosis to be an effective tool for them, not only to overcome any fears they may have such as stage fright but to improve their focus and concentration and put them into that adrenaline-filled place of high performance we know as the "zone" where every performer there best work.

As a trained sports and performance specialist, I will help you by teaching you the tools you can use at any time and at any place to maintain focus and to operate at peak performance each time.

Some of the ways sports hypnosis can help
Removal of mental blocks to success such as the fear of success or the repercussions that it may bring such as the pressure of performing at a professional level.
Building self-confidence.
Competitive nerves.

If you are a serious athlete, you will want to discover your best potential. Professionals and amateurs alike are raising their game using hypnosis to match their mental approach to their physical skills.

Athletes, whether children or adult, community or corporate teams to professionals, are finding and using hypnosis to improve their performance. Three of the major factors which make this possible are the ability to improve focus and concentration, to relieve unnecessary stress while leaving sufficient "edge" to perform optimally, and to practice through visualisation all of the moves needed to make the desired improvements to perform better.

One can learn how to get into the "zone" at will with training and the use hypnosis. Though most do not want it generally known, many individual athletes and some pro teams have a hypnotherapist with whom they consult regularly, or in some cases travel with them to coach them in the use of hypnosis to improve and maintain their performance.

We can help remove mental blocks to success such as the fear of success or the repercussions that it may bring such as the pressure of performing at a professional level.
We can also build self-confidence and deal with competitive nerves.
